Our onboarding and offboarding software acts as a go between for you and IT. Add the individual into your HRIS system, give them a device and we do the rest. Applications and security is taken care of, Astronome sets permissions, loads the applications, and gives a new employee the platform to start working as soon as possible. No more spreadsheets and emails between you and IT just enter the information and the employee is ready.

Promotions, changing roles, and off boarding is just as easy. Just select the individual employee in Astronome and change their team and or level to change which applications and permissions they have. For offboarding, simply store the device and we will take care to uninstall applications and delete company information from the device.
